Buyer Terms

Last updated: 31st July 2026 · Version: 0.001

1. What this covers

These Terms apply when you (the "Buyer") browse listings or contact a Seller through Deal Desk.

2. Due diligence is on you

We do not independently verify a Seller's ownership claims, the accuracy of financial or operational information in a listing, or the condition of any asset. Before agreeing to buy anything, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including engaging your own solicitor, accountant, and any relevant specialist advisors.

3. No advice given

Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal, financial, or tax advice. Any figures, valuations, or projections in a listing are provided by the Seller, not verified by us.

4. Fees (if applicable)

BUYER-SIDE FEES — e.g. subscription to access full listings, or a success fee on completed acquisitions — as described on our Pricing page. NO FEE APPLICABLE

5. Completing a purchase

Deal Desk does not process the purchase price for a business sale and is not a party to the transaction. Completion should go through solicitors acting for both sides, using an appropriate Share Purchase Agreement or Asset Purchase Agreement.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, funding, or intent to purchase when contacting Sellers.

7. Liability

Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. We are not liable for losses arising from a transaction you enter into with a Seller.

8. Governing law

England and Wales.
