Deal Desk ("we", "us", "the Platform") is operated by ORIONIX UK, a company based in England
Deal Desk is a listing and introduction service. We allow Sellers to list businesses, software, products, or other assets for sale, and allow Buyers to browse and express interest in those listings. We are not a party to any transaction between a Buyer and a Seller. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the ownership claims of Sellers, the creditworthiness of Buyers, or the terms any party agrees to. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Sellers warrant that they own, or have the legal right to sell, any asset they list, and that all information in a listing is accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including where we suspect it is fraudulent, inaccurate, or breaches these Terms.
Fees for listing, subscription, or success/commission charges (as applicable) are set out on our Pricing page and are payable as described there. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
We do not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale, that any Buyer or Seller is genuine, or that any transaction will complete. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, and for obtaining independent legal, financial, and tax advice before entering into any transaction.
You must not use the Platform to list anything unlawful, to misrepresent ownership or material facts, to harass other users, or to attempt to circumvent any fees by transacting off-platform after being introduced through it (if applicable to your fee model).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from transactions between users, from inaccurate listings, or from reliance on any information provided through the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
