No — Browse is open to everyone. You only need an account to publish a listing, post a buying request, or use Find Prospects.
Go to Delete my account. This removes your listings, buying requests, and login.
This is almost always a setup issue on that provider's side (app not yet "live," wrong callback URL), not something wrong with your account. Try email/password in the meantime.
Creating a free account and saving a draft is free. Publishing a listing so buyers can see it requires a paid plan — see Pricing.

Browse or search listings, then click "Express interest" on one that fits — this shares your email with the seller. From there: sign a Mutual NDA (free, from Generate Agreement) before sensitive details are shared, discuss and do your own due diligence, optionally use our Letter of Intent template to set out indicative terms, then complete the actual sale through solicitors on both sides.
Yes, for completing the actual purchase — Deal Desk is a listing and introduction service, not a conveyancer. A solicitor drafts and executes the real Share or Asset Purchase Agreement, which covers warranties, liabilities, and legal transfer of ownership in ways a template never safely can.
Never directly to Deal Desk, and never informally to the other party. The purchase price should be handled through your solicitors' client accounts as part of a proper legal completion — see our Safety Tips for why this matters.
Deal Desk doesn't mediate deal terms — that's between you, the other party, and your respective advisors. If you believe the other party has misrepresented something or behaved dishonestly, you can report it via Contact support.
